Aradhna serves as Senior Director Executive - Cloud Security Services at TIAA, A Financial Services Organization in United States. In this role, she is setting the cloud security vision, strategy, standards and security patterns for a multi cloud hybrid enterprise. She is responsible for security architecture, engineering and operations of hybrid cloud & container platforms and workloads being migrated to those platforms. She also served in various Cybersecurity leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, The Boeing Company, Microsoft & T-Mobile.Aradhna is an active member in the cyber security industry, Co-Chair for CNCF TAG Security and a Cloud Security Alliance Research Fellow. She contributes to CSA and NIST Cloud computing initiatives, has influenced best practices & standards for cloud, containers, serverless and micro services security. Her recent publication is NIST  SP 800-204 B. She has also been providing expert guidance to a number of startups on security product roadmaps and feature development especially in the area of Identity & Access Management, Zero Trust and Micro-segmentation.
